HIRING: SHOWROOM MANAGER

Arrow Vietnam, a leading brand specializing in premium sanitary equipment in the Vietnamese market, is looking to hire a Showroom Manager, as follows:

📍 Workplace: 218A Thanh Thai Street, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

🕒 Working hours: Office hours (Monday to Saturday morning)

JOB OBJECTIVE

Manage all business operations, showroom activities, and team members to ensure revenue growth, service quality, and brand image in the high-end sanitary equipment industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate all sales, customer service, and after-sales activities at the showroom.

• Plan and take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Oversee inventory, stock checks, warehouse in-out, and product display according to brand standards.

• Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and provides a premium customer experience.

• Handle complaints and take care of VIP clients/important partners.

• Collaborate with the marketing department to organize promotions and events at the showroom.

• Provide periodic reports on showroom performance and propose improvements to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female, aged 28–40, presentable appearance, good communication skills.

• College degree or higher, preferably in Business, Management, Interior Design, or Construction.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing a retail showroom, preferably in furniture, sanitary ware, or high-end construction materials.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of premium sanitary equipment is a plus.

• Proficient in office software and sales management systems.
